Bio
I am a postdoctoral fellow in the Aghaeepour Lab since 2021. I did my undergraduate and graduate studies in industrial engineering with focus on electrical engineering at RWTH Aachen (Germany), Shanghai Jiao Tong University (China) and Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona (Spain). I obtained my PhD from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) with summa cum laude.
Research interests
During my PhD, I conducted research on non-human behavior change intervention approaches for leadership development. A comprehensive RCT was used to assess different criteria ranging from behavior change to organizational financial KPIs. The research on non-human coaching approaches aroused my interest to further deepen my research into artificial intelligence in general and machine learning/deep learning. During my postdoctoral appointment I strive for practical solutions for clinical-relevant problems.
Play
When I am not eating delicious dishes with my wife I love spending a lot of time playing football (virtually & physically), working out in the gym and running.
