Biography

I am currently a postdoctoral scholar in the Aghaeepour lab at Stanford University School of Medicine. I earned my PhD in Human Nutrition from The Ohio State University in 2024, specializing in omics data processing algorithms and programming. I hold a master’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Xiamen University in China (2019) and a bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering from Guangxi University in China (2016). My studies encompassed instrument operation for generating omics data, high-dimentional data analysis, and biological data interpretation. Currently, I am focused on developing machine learning-based algorithms for omics data analysis, designing and creating advanced analytical models and cutting-edge tools grounded in machine learning and artificial neural networks, specifically tailored to the complex landscape of medical and healthcare data.
