Bio

I’m a Master student at Stanford studying in CCRMA. I majored in Computer and Electrical Engineering during my undergraduate study, when I spent one year at Tsinghua University working as research assistant on machine learning especially deep learning for speech technology. Throughout my studies, I have been very interested in reliable machine learning techniques for medicine and biology applications. I was very happy to join the Aghaeepour lab in 2020 to explore and study in the computational immunology field working with fantastic scientists.  Currently, I  focus on using machine learning approach to perform protein prediction tasks on cell datasets.

Interests

Machine learning, computational immunology, probability/statistics based decision making.

Play

I love cooking especially baking, and can even do a research on dough. I also enjoy hiking, tennis, playing piano and am currently self-learning ukulele.
