Biography

I graduated from University California of Berkeley (UCB) with a Master in Bioengineering. My study mainly focus on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics.

Currently, I’m a Research Data Analyst at Aghaeepour lab. My research interests lie primarily in implementing informatics tools, algorithms and statistics methods to interrogate human disease mechanism, and exploiting clinical and molecular data to achieve precision medicine. My ongoing projects include using multiomics or clinical data to predict neonatal outcome.

You could find me in the gym or outdoors after work. I enjoy hiking, camping, snowboarding, climbing, and I’m open-minded to learn new activities. I also like reading, cooking and watching shows.
